My monthly series

Parking rainbow!

This is the twenty-first post in my Month in review series. At this point I had to search how to spell ordinal numbers correctly.

Sunshine and rain is a very common weather pattern, and it brings me lots of joy!

It was Independence Day in the beginning of the month. The backyard fireworks in the city were less loud and intense than I remember last year was. It’s not a big celebration in our friends and neighboors community. We took a few days off work to make a longer long weekend.

My fiancée and I went to the Santa Fe Opera together, and then we went back another time and brought some friends. It’s something to see and experience at least once. Santa Fe Opera is world-class. People dress up. And they have picnics and elaborate tailgating dining setups in the parking before the show. The stage has traps, elevators, and a huge rotating platform. It’s an open-air amphitheater. Shows are timed to begin shortly after the sunset, which blesses the audience with their money’s worth of a natural light show.

We also saw Despicable Me 4 at the movie theatre, that was funny!

The theme of the month is: light.
