I am relieved we moved in our new house before the Winnipeg winter began.

This is the thirty-seventh post in my Month in review series.

Life is much better now that my wife joined me in Winnipeg! She provides a lot of help with the house work and cooking, and I love her inspiration and her aesthetic with the house decor. She doesn’t pass up an opportunity to see or eat something new wherever we go!

  • I replaced the toilet downstairs, and removed the damaged floor in the toilet room upstairs.
  • We went with a friend to see The Nutcracker, performed by the Winnipeg Royal Ballet.

Montreal

We visited my family in Montreal for the Christmas holidays. One of our Montreal friends was in France and we stayed in his appartment.

  • Christmas dinner party at my brother’s house.

  • Shopping on Ste-Catherine: Rudsak, Uniqlo, Simon’s.

  • Went with parkour friends to L’Académie de Cirque to try flying trapeze!
